Thank you, Students and Parents, for review of the Student Enrollment Online Form. The form includes all the information provided on the Gandy Studio website. 

At the end of the form, there is a spot for a Student Signature and a Parent/Guardian Signature. 

Thank you for submitting the Student Enrollent Form once complete. Teaching piano lessons and working with my students is such a joy. Having the goals, expectations, and questions answered prior to the start of lessons provides freedom and clarity in the journey!
